Home Owners Association

Make a maintenance request
With an abundance of amenities which include sidewalks, street lights, walking trails, an activity filed, maintained common areas, a pool, a clubhouse and the signature bridge, a mandatory home owners association is necessary. Owners in Covered Bridge jointly own all of these amenities under the Covered Bridge at Hardin Valley Home Owners Association (CBHOA). In order to allow for organized maintenance and operation of these items, we have contracted with Realty Resource Systems to provide management of the CBHOA.

Any questions about the CBHOA, any of the amenities, or for reserving the clubhouse, please contact Realty Resource Group at 865-584-9099.

Pool

The pool will be open as early as prudently possible in the spring and it will be closed (winterized) in the fall. The hours of operation are generally Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is intended for use by residents of Covered Bridge at Hardin Valley. All guest must be accompanied by a member. Please help us monitor this effort.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is owned by the residents of Covered Bridge and is provided for their use through the management company. As the facility is jointly owned by many people, it is necessary that we utilize some damage deposit for use. Please contact Gayle or Georganne at 865-584-9099 for reservation.

CBHOA Fees

As would be expected, the maintenance, future repair and management of the many amenities within Covered Bridge at Hardin Valley add up. Mandatory fees for all property owners are necessary for proper operation of these amenities. Our CBHOA fee is $960 per year. Invoices for this fee generally go out in the May and payment is expected by June 30 of each year. It is mentioned that every effort is made to minimize the expenses of the CBHOA. An independent management company will be charged with managing the organization who will appropriately charge a fee but neither the original developers nor any other group will use the organization as a source of profit.
