Most people do not understand the necessity of neighborhood covenants and restrictions until a neighbor desires to construct something or behave in a way that they consider detrimental to them. With a strong set of restrictions and expectations, we hope that life on Covered Bridge at Hardin Valley will remain comfortable and consistent for all.
Architectural Control Committee
With architectural integrity a key component of the neighborhood, we take very seriously what gets built within the neighborhood. By having a system in place for this review, we can insure years of proper growth and stability. Any new structure built in the neighborhood is subject to a preliminary and a final review by the Covered Bridge Architectural Review Committee (ACC).
